Needs to be made clear that it does not fit BOTH an iPad Pro 12.9" & Macbook pro 14"

The product is attractive and high quality but the description on Harber’s website is mileading, as it does not comfortablly hold an iPad Pro and MacBook Pro “14 at the same time, which was the reason I chose the product (Harber please edit the product description!). For this reason I sent it back. If you only need it for either an iPad or a Macbook, then its fine, but still a little tight to fit anything else like chargers or batteries… so its a bit limiting for the modern world.

Good, but unreliable

I really liked the product at first - seemingly high-quality and very functional. However, after two years of occasional use, the zipper broke (several of the teeth fell off), rendering this significantly less useful. The zipper won't fully zip, which means that it always needs to be open and things can easily fall out.

More frustratingly, the customer care team refused to offer meaningful support. I understand that the product is out of warranty, but this is a serious quality control issue for a rather expensive item. The issue did not come from overuse or misuse and I feel they should do something to address it. They said their "artisans feel it would be too difficult" to fix. They instead offered me a 25% discount on another product - so I should spend more money on a product I can't trust from a company I can't trust to stand by its product? No thanks.
