The shoulder strap!

I tried three different bags . This was my last try. The strap looks bad it doesn’t stay attached. I ended up giving first two bags away and my friend took her bag to leather specialist who fixed her strap.

Insufficient quality

The quality of the leather is good, not fantastic but good. The colour (tan in my case) is amazing and it perfectly matches with the one in the images of the product. So why only two stars?
The zip is cheap and the internal part should be better for a product of this price. But the thing that I cannot accept is the quality of the seams. Because of that, the bag is completely crooked with a shape that is not correct and totally unnatural.
I don’t know if the problem is my unit, but (considering the price) it is not something that I will suggest.
