The deskmat feels fantastic to use, with a premium material that’s comfortable on my hands, especially at the edge of the desk. It also improves my overall setup by dampening the hollow sound of the desk surface when typing on my mechanical keyboard. Mouse control and movement feel noticeably better, which enhances precision while designing. The colour is exactly as expected from the photos, and it stays firmly in place without shifting around. The only small drawback is that it’s not the easiest to remove cat hair from, but overall, it’s an excellent addition to my workspace.

My goal is to help make the product even better, so I wanted to share an idea. It’s a high-quality and stylish product. I have a suggestion that could make life easier for people like me who only use a laptop on these types of mats. Sometimes, we need to plug in the laptop for charging, and we end up having to wedge the cable at the edge of the desk. My suggestion is a cable management feature: adding a loop in the upper middle section of the mat to thread the cable through and keep it in place, preventing it from falling off. (Nordik by Design has already thought of this.)
