Harber London sta peggiorando?

Nel tempo ho acquistato molti prodotti. Ultimamente però ho riscontrato negli ultimi tre acquisti un calo della qualità. Ho preso lo zaino perché troppo bello. Dopo una settimana il filo dello spallaccio si è completamente scucito. Ora è in mano ad uno n caro amico per il ripristino ma con un costo del genere…….,….

Strap Lasted 6 Months

The design of the strap is terrible. There is basically a 1-2mm overlap on a rivet holding the strap in place. It broke after less than 6 months of use. I only use the bag 1-2 times per week on average. I contacted the company and asked for them to repair the strap and also fix the other strap since it was starting to come loose! I sent it internationally overseas from US to be repaired and after several weeks they returned it with a repaired strap but the other strap that was loose is still loose so I guess I will have to mail it internationally...again when it breaks? It's too bad because this bag is a nice looking bag but function and form need to coexist.
